Our Story

When I was 15, I had no guidance on how to get into an Ivy League college. No one around me had done it, and I had no clue what made an applicant “stand out.” But I found a way. I spent every Saturday for the next 3 years at my local library, taking practice SATs and researching the profiles of students who made it to these colleges. I developed a plan for a passion project and finally had a path to my goal.

The hard work paid off. I got a nearly perfect SAT score, applied to top schools, was admitted to the Ivy League, and ultimately attended college on a Full Scholarship.

When other students saw what I had accomplished, they wanted me to guide them, so I did. After helping hundreds of clients get admitted to the Ivy League, I realized I was following a unique system that ran contrary to the conventional wisdom of what it takes to get in. And it worked. I wrote the Ivy League Roadmap to share this system with the world.

That started as one kid with a library card and a stack of practice tests. The book and the free breakdowns now reach hundreds of thousands of students and parents, and thousands of them have used this system to talk their way into schools that were supposed to be out of reach. The advising program never grew with the audience, and it never will. We cap it at 50 because the day I can’t sit with every family is the day this stops working.

We build a customized Admission Plan for each student: a clear path to the vision they have for the future. We match them to a college that meets their needs, and help them write the perfect application. We strive not only to help our students be admitted to prestigious universities, but also to instill a lifelong approach to learning that will be transferable to any skill or profession.
